The Xtreme Dirt Midget Association (DMA) is set for a 14-race schedule during its 15th anniversary season, including a return to the NASCAR Cup Series weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in September.
Bear Ridge Speedway, located in Bradford, VT, has been the home of the DMA since its inception in 2011, and will again open its season on Saturday, May 3.
The Series will visit the track 10 more times throughout the year, including dates in June, July, August and September – acting as the season’s perfect bookend by hosting the season finale on Saturday, Sept. 20.
Albany-Saratoga Speedway is the first stop away from Bear Ridge for the DMA with a trek towards Malta, NY on Friday, June 6.
After making their debut at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in 2024, the Series returns to the West Haven, VT track for racing action on Saturday, Aug. 30.
The Series then stops at The Flat Track at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the annual Friday Night Dirt Duels on Friday, Sept. 19. The penultimate event of the season is highly anticipated for race fans visiting the NASCAR Cup Series Playoff race at the Loudon, NH facility.
Brandon Piastka had a breakout season in 2024, winning six Feature races on the way to his first Series championship in the Ray Miller Racing No. 7 Midget. The New Haven, VT driver said he cannot wait any longer to try to finish the year with a second DMA title added to his collection.
“We are going through all the cars and getting ready for 2025,” Piastka said. “Hopefully we can get a little better start to the season after crashing out opening night last year. It will be hard to top 2024 but we are going to give it our best to repeat. I can’t wait to get the season underway.”
