The inaugural Appalachian Midget Week kicks off next month for the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota with five races in five days, Aug. 8-12.
Along with the Series debuting at each track on the mini-tour and debuting in the Northeast, the Midget Week will also present an additional points fund for the top-five points earners – $2,500 to the champion, $1,250 for second, $750 for third, $500 for fourth and $250 for fifth.
Making up the five-race stretch will be Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway (Tuesday, Aug. 8), Action Track USA (Wednesday, Aug. 9), Linda’s Speedway (Thursday, Aug. 10), Path Valley Speedway (Friday, Aug. 11) and Bridgeport Motorsports Park (Saturday, Aug. 12).
