The 10-race battle inside the 2025 Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota season concludes in September by heading toward the gateway of the Midwest.

The championship weekend for the third annual Xtreme Outlaw-POWRi Challenge Series begins with a trip to Missouri for a $4,000-to-win chase on Friday night, then a trek northeast to Illinois for the weekend’s finale at a well-renowned “Prairie State” dirt track.

Take a look at what is coming up soon:

Doe Run Raceway | Xtreme Outlaw-POWRi Challenge Series Showdown (Sept. 5)

Making its third annual showing on the Xtreme Outlaw Midgets schedule, Doe Run, MO, welcomes the Series to the 1/6-mile bullring for the penultimate event of the Challenge Series grind.

The last two years of national Midget competition at the “Show Me State” racetrack have seen past champions of the Xtreme Outlaw Series take center stage in Victory Lane as 2022 champion Zach Daum won the inaugural race in 2023, and Cannon McIntosh bookmarked a Doe Run trophy on the way to his 2024 title.

Highland Speedway | Xtreme Outlaw-POWRi Challenge Series Finale (Sept. 6)

Raising the Saturday night stakes at a “World Famous” bullring, Highland Speedway is the site of a new champion’s crowning in the Challenge Series in the second-ever return to the track for the Midgets – the first since 2023.

The track in the Land of Lincoln is known for its quarter-mile paper clip-style racetrack that creates opportunities for slide jobs to be thrown into the four corners. The only prior Series saw home state Springfield, IL’s Chase McDermand use the cushion as an advantage to win in his first start at Highland.
